These sammies put us on the map after a few years of experimenting with intense fruit sauces, cakes, and other baked goods. Since 2016, we've been all over Maine at farmers markets, events, and even briefly serving out of our own ice cream window in Portland's west end. Then we set up shop running a bustling cafe at the Maine Coast Waldorf School for a time. Our true passion throughout has been perfecting our vegan and dairy ice cream formulations so that everyone (with or without dietary restrictions) can experience the delicious flavors of Maine.
